Due to the nature of our furniture pieces, Lamuze Studios does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if a product is found to have a major fault, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where a genuine fault is identified, Lamuze Studios will arrange an appropriate resolution which may include:
• Repair of the item
• Replacement of the item
• Refund where a major fault is confirmed

Many Lamuze Studios pieces can be customised in design, size, material, or finish.
As these items are produced specifically for each client, custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.

Every Lamuze Studios piece is carefully packed to arrive safely at your door.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access or availability issues, re-delivery fees may apply
Lamuze Studios furniture pieces are substantial in both form and material, with many designs weighing between 30 kg and 90 kg.
Before delivery, customers should ensure:
• Doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts are suitable
• The delivery location is accessible
• Someone is available to receive the delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or missed delivery appointments, additional delivery fees may apply.
Missed or refused deliveries without notice will incur a re-delivery fee.
Customers are required to inspect their item upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported to Lamuze Studios within 48 hours, with photographs provided for assessment to hello@lamuzestudios.com
Once an item has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Lamuze Studios cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after delivery, including damage caused during moving, handling, placement, or use of the furniture.
