At Lamuze Studios, each piece is thoughtfully designed to bring sculptural presence and timeless form into your space. Many of our pieces are produced to order or customised for our clients, and as such our policies reflect the craftsmanship and care involved in creating these pieces.

We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, finishes, and materials before placing an order. If you require assistance prior to purchasing, our team is always happy to help.

Refund eligibility

Due to the nature of our furniture pieces, Lamuze Studios does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if a product is found to have a major fault, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Where a genuine fault is identified, Lamuze Studios will arrange an appropriate resolution which may include:

• Repair of the item
• Replacement of the item
• Refund where a major fault is confirmed

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Due to the nature of our furniture pieces, Lamuze Studios does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Custom & made to order pieces

Many Lamuze Studios pieces can be customised in design, size, material, or finish.

As these items are produced specifically for each client, custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours of placing it. Cancellations may incur a Processing & Administration Fee of up to 10% of the product price.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please email hello@lamuzestudios.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and its packaging
  • Your reason for requesting the return

Refunds and exchanges are only processed once the item has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team. For exchanges, no replacement item will be dispatched until the returned item has been received and verified.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

 

  • Custom-made pieces
  • Special orders
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion
  • Ex-display or clearance items

SHIPPING POLICY | LAMUZE STUDIOS

Every Lamuze Studios piece is carefully packed to arrive safely at your door.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates may vary.
  • Customers must ensure the delivery location is accessible.

 

If delivery cannot be completed due to access or availability issues, re-delivery fees may apply

Lamuze Studios furniture pieces are substantial in both form and material, with many designs weighing between 30 kg and 90 kg.

Before delivery, customers should ensure:

 

• Doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts are suitable
• The delivery location is accessible
• Someone is available to receive the delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or missed delivery appointments, additional delivery fees may apply.

STORAGE

We provide 5 days of complimentary storage once your order is ready for dispatch. After this, storage is charged at $20 per week.

MISSED DELIVERIES

Missed or refused deliveries without notice will incur a re-delivery fee.

 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Customers are required to inspect their item upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be reported to Lamuze Studios within 48 hours, with photographs provided for assessment to hello@lamuzestudios.com 

Product responsibility

Once an item has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Lamuze Studios cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after delivery, including damage caused during moving, handling, placement, or use of the furniture.

We primarily deliver within Australia. For overseas enquiries, email hello@lamuzestudios.com.

WARRANTY POLICY | LAMUZE STUDIOS

We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

All products include a 12 month warranty covering: 

 

  • Structural manufacturing defects
  • Production-related faults
  • Transit damage reported within 48 hours

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Natural material variations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, incorrect cleaning, or improper installation
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Damage from heat, moisture, UV, or environmental exposure

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Email hello@lamuzestudios.com with:

 

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the fault
  • Your contact details

 

Claims are assessed within 5–7 business days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Custom or ex-display items may have special conditions.
